Assen is a researcher in Matar Fluids Group at Imperial College London currently focusing on developing digital-twin infrastructure solutions across Energy, Consumer goods, and Built environment sectors. Previously, his PhD research focused on numerical modelling of multiphase flow systems in the presence of surfactants where specific applications were relevant to the Electronics and Consumer goods industries. In the past, Assen work as a process engineer at bp plc where his projects improved the efficiency and reliability of several upstream assets across Angola and UK.
